Returns
All returns must be requested within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

After your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging along with your order details and send it to the following address:

Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Items that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted.
